Thanks for sharing your build. I had 34" KM3s on my 4Runner and loved them. Will definitely consider them when upgrading to 37s down the road on my Badlands w/Sasquatch!

So an 8.5" wide wheel with positive offset ranging from 6mm to 19mm. With stock 8.5" wide wheels the spacer would need to be between 11mm (0.43") and 24mm (0.94"). An 18mm or 0.75" spacer would land close to the middle of the range....or just get those +12 wheels that were mentioned! Was that recommendation for stock or lifted?
It was for lifted, but the frame clearance should be similar (although at more extreme compression for lifted). The uca/camber would result in some difference.

Yes many people aren't understanding that once you change UCA you change everything its no longer applies to applies.

I'm Going to do some testing with stock components. I'm a less is more. Plus I like the look of stock wheels that just my style.

It may take me some time but if the studs are long enough I will test 1/4in 1/2 and then buy a set of 1in spacers. The idea is to see what it takes to get the max clearance stock with full articulation. Just keep an eye on this thread for updates.

please share your findings as I’m also looking at taking this approach. No rush to get new wheels, but like to upgrade to 37s soon.

This was after disconnect and at 20deg. Hard to see but that back tire is about 1 1/2-2ft off the ground.

BTW pics don't do it justice.

The night pics we got over the hump. We backed up a little and maxed out at 42deg didn't get a pic but did at 40deg. We did the day playing using brake but the night riding we tried the One petal) dude it worked great like stupid how cool it worked. Also just a normal going up and stop when it starts spinning no extra speed to get on up was 37deg but when I turned it around and had nose down it only showed 33deg. When I went nose down also the spare just did touch the dirt right at the bottom.

Day time playing nose up.

Night riding again max was 42 but when we thought about taking pic got one at 40deg. If you look close it shows the truck in green the goal was to see red. (Anyone know at what deg it will turn red)

This will be my build page so will update as I add to my ride. (2021 Badlands, SaS, Lux, Leather, Tow)

Picked up at Granger at 6pm last night drove to OKC and added 37s at 9am this morning 600 miles on her.

No lift, No 3rd light extension, 40psi tire pressure

It was super tight as you can see but you also want be running 40psi tire pressure, in the real world I may end up grinding just a little off the tips.

Got up this morning went to check out the Bronco and found it did rub. Let me be clear this was so little I couldn't feel it in the steering wheel at all. I really think it was the mud and not the tire but regardless it rubbed the paint off. I will be cleaning repainting and adding a 6mm spacer from post #25. One little spot in the back that a zip-tie will fix. (See pics for details) Keeping this real this really is over kill to even care to fix. This has 100% no effect on Performance at full articulation more less daily driving. Its just me tinkering like I like to do.

If your that guy that is like it rubbed TROLL on my friend. Lift your ride (spend $1000s) kill your center of gravity so you can say but it doesn't rub. Let me know when your ready and we can test them both out I'm not scared.

As you can see it looks like it didn't rub but more the mud acted like sandpaper.

The rear if you look close you can see a few small marks on the plastic (at the very bottom) again this looks more like mud did it. But this is different than the front. The front is metal so it want hurt a thing but if it catches this plastic just right it could rip it. So I will drill a small hole and zip-tie it back to make sure that doesn't happen.

Hard to tell from pics. Is that bar on the front the mount for the crash bar? I noticed in the first pics the mount was still close, and I'm thinking just cut the crash bar mount off since crash bars will never go back on. That's what I'd do on mine personally.

Yes and this has been done by at least one person. (See post #7 in attachment) This thread is the big reason I picked my tire he showed me with as little rubbing as he had a 36.5in tire should fit. For me it's just fun to see what I can do with offset before I look at Cutting and Lift. Basically biggest tire with just spacers or offset wheels.

Sweet action. I'm planning on a 37x11.50 so I think less width may eliminate a lot of this close fitting as well. I think what is helping you and that other with very minimal rubbing is being on the stock wheels instead of something wider. It sucks the tire in a little bit on the bulge.

Also placed an order for a clamp, 90deg cable, Charger I already have this charger and works great and is cheap.

Will post pics after install.

Clamp (Plan to the dash)

Charger

So Clamp didn't work, USB worded great and Charger works great. Still working on best way to clamp the AC vent moves very easy when using the AC clamp.

1/4in spacers are ordered. Should have pics in the next few weeks if lucky.

Other spacers I posted are out of stock so I bought these.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01L9RL3NA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Spacers work great 0 rub when maxed out turning on street even with bumps.

(((((((Now it will not fit 1/2in spacer without longer studs))))))

I put it in a bind with sway bar disconnected and could get a little rub. To be clear in real world you would be stupid to do this trailing you would be asking to break something but I could make it rub. I ramped cliffs up and down went up the back of a Damn with 37deg angle then hard turned at top no rub at anytime only way I could make it rub is when I full flexed everything trying and I would never do this in real riding because it could easily break something I was doing nice a slow and very careful just to see but in real riding it never rubs after 1/4in spacers and before the only time was maxed out turning on the street at a speed that makes it flex. And we are talking very very little like when the wife was driving she doesn't even notice.

1/4in spacer also doesn't make tire stick out past Sasquatch fenders.

I will be buying 1in spacers next and testing I'm not doing 1/2 due to its not worth the trouble to add longer studs.
