Ahhh yes I see now. I'm torn. I ordered MGV in a Lux/Sas package. I feel dumb ordering cheap seats in a "pimped" out trim. I can still change. What deterred me from leather was some of the pics I saw of it not wearing well.

Thoughts? Suggestions? I love power seats and pre-sets. Always have leather seats, but if I'm gonna offroad this and it gets wet/muddy, the vinyl will be better. Ugh... torn. Sorry to steal your thread. I can start a new one.
Man I have leather on all my rides and we live at the lake and beach all the time. Now For offloading all you need to do is get seat covers just for those outing if need be. But kids need cupholder, 10 ways was a must. Carpet make it more quiet. What can I say I'm a Lux kinda guy lol

Looks killer! How are the KM3’s on the road? How did they balance out and how is the noise? I had 37” Cooper STT Pros. They got loud fast and always seemed to have a little vibration. I’m almost leaning towards 37” KO2’s.
Man I only have about 100miles on them but the reviews are great for a MT. Quiet so far and balanced great on the first try. They ride great.

Sounds like we have similar tastes. I'll have to update my order to remove the vinyl and put leather on her. Oh boy... Hope it doesn't delay the build.

So I saw on Facebook where a guy did this and said it worked I tried it and really didn't see much results. But it did for him so I will share. (I did it and it helped just didn't fix) I did both sides

40psi is a little high for those 37s IMO. I’d do a chalk test to check tread pattern wear and drop them to 32-35 psi on road. Your ride quality will improve as well

Did the Chalk test 28psi was just right. made all tire lights come on and made the tires loud.
Ended up at 36psi no light or noise.

Great looking Bronco! I have a white Sas Badlands on order and liking what I see here with the KM3's.

Did you take any measurements of the stock tires vs 37 KM3's for comparison? I know the KM3 run a little small. I ran 37x13.5x17 KM3s on a Power Wagon and they measured 36 1/4" x 13 1/8" mounted on some 8.5" wide wheels. When I put them on the truck they measured 35 5/8" on the front and 35 13/16" on the rear when new. Also do you think 37x13.5's KM3s would rub on stock SAS wheels? I'm thinking that extra 0.5" towards the frame may hurt the turning radius but not sure.

Edit: I just remembered those 37x13.5" wide KM3s are E rated so not something I would put on the Bronco.

I never measured but I will measure the 37s on it tomorrow. I didn't consider the 13.5s for the same reason (E rating) The 12.5s ride great nice and smooth.

I will say this 13.5s will rub for sure they make Spacers 6mm and 12mm also you can buy 1in spacers.

On the street mine don't rub but it's so close I may add 6mm to it.

If I was going 13.5s or true 37s I would go 1in.

Last thing the turning radius is great even on my 37s. Like great its so short it turns on a dime.

Measurements are in at 36psi Spare 36 1/4in, 36psi front tire 35 1/4in

The tires call for 50psi so I'm sure at 50psi the spare would come out at 36 1/2 like they call for.

If someone can measure their stock Sasquatch spare and front tire it would give us and good references point?

Now that you mention it I did increase the psi in the spare and measured 36 1/2 so the specs look to be accurate. Spec diameter for stock tires is 34.4 so looks like a good 2" diameter increase or 1" ground clearance over stock. Good to know I can run some 37 KM3s on the Bronco with a little massaging. Here's my last truck on 37x13.5R17 KM3s...no lift, no trim, no rub.

Fox (BDS and Zone) is recommending 5"-5.5" backspace for 37x12.50's to minimize rubbing (sasquatch wheel is 6"). I would love to see an experiment with 1, 2, and 3 1/4" spacers temporarily added to sasquatch+KM3 to see how the frame clearance changes. The recommended backspace is uncommon, but black rhino makes 17x8.5 +12.

Amazon has junk spacers that could be used for experiment (or washers):

So an 8.5" wide wheel with positive offset ranging from 6mm to 19mm. With stock 8.5" wide wheels the spacer would need to be between 11mm (0.43") and 24mm (0.94"). An 18mm or 0.75" spacer would land close to the middle of the range....or just get those +12 wheels that were mentioned! Was that recommendation for stock or lifted?
