So we recently installed some 37x13.50 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on our Outer Banks.
The truck has a 3" front lift/2" rear lift from FordBroncoLifts.com - We went with the VR Forged D14 wheels (17x8.5).
For Upper Control Arms, the new billet aluminum ones from RPG Off-Road.
Yes, we had some rubbing. That's always the question. VERY minimal. We had some slight rubbing on the front of the step rail as well as some rubbing when the wheel was turned to the max. The guys at the shop we use are going to cut 2" off the side steps (and then re-cap them) to solve that issue (as my wife is short so she likes the side steps). They'll also trim a tiny bit inside where we were rubbing.
I suspect we rubbed because of the 13.50 wide tires is why. Normally you'd see as 12.50 wide tire but we went big. Lots of side wall lots of tire. I've always been a fan of a small rim, big tire.
Truck rides AWESOME. Such an improvement actually over the stock wheels/tires on an Outer Banks. And even with these big 37's spinning around, the truck isn't slow. I reckon the Forged Wheel has to do with that, as it's not heavy at all.
