(((Couldn't get the 39s so I'm going Milestar Patagonia M/T Mud-Terrain Tire - 38s they are 1/2 the price weigh less and C rated))) See post #18 for more info.

This is round 2 and I have a goal but we will see what it takes in the end.

Round 1 I did 37x12.5r17 KM3s no lift first 1/4in spacers and a few small tweaks. (This is that build) (No Rub)
https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...asquatch-badlands-no-lift-build-thread.26479/

((Old build))
37x12.5r17 KM3s
1/4in spacers
Cravenspeed little antenna
Badland 3/4in shackles
Bronco Bushing
EZ-Lift Soft Top Assist System
Rockslideengineering Side steps with skid plate
Rokbkokz Mud Flaps
Ford Tube Doors
JKS steering sleeves
ADD Rock Fighter rear bumper
JTops mesh top
and a few other small thing way more info and videos and pics in build above.

As you can see in this build above I scratched the wheels wife said she wants nice looking ones for mall crawling so the goal will be to buy a new stock set add the 37s on them then put 39s on the scratched wheels just for hitting the trails.

((This is what it looks like on the 37s))

Round 2 My new build will be to add a 2in Zone lift but not add the the spring perches aka come with the sas kit will try without and go from their. This should give me about 1.5in front and 1in rear. Will add the JKS max tire kit or at least the front part of it I did the rear different see above build on that. I'm thinking I will need more than a 1/4in spacers will double up the 1/4in spacers to test 1/2in spaces then I have a set of 1in spacers I can test with but I'm thinking 1in spacers will be the sweet spot we will see. (If you didn't read my first build I like a low center of gravity and all about simplicity. I don't mind spending money but I try not to waist it ;)

I ordered 1 tire in 39x13.5r17 and will use it to do all my testing before I buy 4 more.

JKS max kit is at the house
Zone 2in for SAS is ordered
1 39x13.5r17 KM3 is ordered

The build will take a few months at least this is my new build thread so will be adding other things also like winch, skid plates and more.

Canā€™t wait to see the results! I just finished my 37ā€ conversion. Iā€™m also keeping stock Sasquatch suspension and wheels. I used 1.25ā€ spacers, a 1.5ā€ body lift and cut off crash bar mounts. So far so good, it passed the flex ramp with flying colors.

So I ordered the skids with UHMW and rear diff skid today they are 6-8 weeks out. (Got a 10% discount by signing up to their newsletter just had their sit pulled up and it was a popup offer)

Both my 39in tire and Zone 2in lift shipped today.

Thinking hard about the Radius arm protector and rear shock skid from ASFIR (I will paint them black)

Very interested how it turns out. My experience with running (not on 6G) 37 km3 to 39 km3 was that the 39 ran true to there size and end up being 4ā€ taller than the 37x12.50r17.

Tires were refunded after saying they had shipped. Guess they made the label before checking if they were in stock ordered off Amazon. Maybe waiting on tire will start looking for one in stock at a decent price.

You know what the combined wheel/tire weight will be for each corner? I'd also be interested to know if it feels a lot more sluggish around town jumping from the 37s to 39s.

I switched from 37x13.50x17 cooper discoverer to 38x13.50 milestars. saved some weight and added some comfort because they are a c load. Yea milestars are debatable but I got an amazing price on them. Planning a trip in Oct to test them out. About to add jks kit this weekend
