New Tires are 1in 3/8s bigger then the KM3s. Thats measured off the Bronco.

Me getting started

I got beat-up by the Bronco and I lost the fight. Little glue and I was good.

So This is the JKS Max clearance kit and a Video of install. I you read my build on 37s you seen how I didn't use the parts to do the back of the tire just used video to show how to remove the plastic piece so you can have more room and my mud flap bracket holds the finder liner out of the way.
I had said it before I will say it again my links are to help save you time I make no money off them I do this to help.

The install was very simple I would say most could do it just may take a little longer for some.
Key points.
Don't forget to unplug your bumper, Plug is on drivers side easy to see, He doesn't say this in video.
Watch the video before you start make sure you have a way to lift the frame.
(((((Most Important)))) Be careful not to let your sawzall hit the radiator he does point this out.
You don't have to cut the weld you have about a 1/4in space between the kit and the frame. Cutting the weld is way harder and you will use more blades. I would say have 4 blades maybe 5.

So I put the 38 on the rear no rub now this was just lowering it off the lift and looking for the most part. But as a mall crawler it would probably be fine. The front as you can see from the pic above would have hit the A-Arm at full lock so I added the 1/4 spacer and I'm good. Now on the rear side of the front tire as you can see from pics above I cut some of the rear crash bar I did drive around the yard like this and it cleared the rear crash bar for mall Crawling but I may need to trim a little more once I put it under load. But for Mall Crawling you will be fine. BUT at 100% lock I mean 100% lock not 95% at 95% it doesn't rub but at 100% it does hit the frame with the 38s See Pic. (((Now keep in mind this is no leveling kit or lift))) Hope to get my spaces on this week and we will see if it still rubs. It started raining yesterday or I would have tested the 38s under load with swayer disconnected. Hope to do that one day this week.

As of this point
My 37x12.5r17 KM3s on stock wheels no longer need spacers. (Good even under load)
38x13.5r17s need 1/4in spacer to keep off A-Arm at full lock and still rub frame only at full lock. (Good for Just riding around town not rock crawling)

Are you saying your stock Sasquatch Badlands only needs JKS Max Clearance kit to run 37x12.5r17 KM3s without rub for most slow off-roading? ("rock climbing")
That is a tempting setup for first mods.

Yes, I'm saying rock Climbing and all. High speed jumping the front will rub just a little.

Now you will need to do the front and back part of the JKS Max Clearance. But to be clear for the most part all I did was add 1/4in spacers and make a few tweaks to fit the 37s without the JKS.

With the JKS kit I would say you could run any 37s as long as they are 12.5 wide once you go 13.5 wide you will need the 1/4in spacer to keep you off the A-Arm at full lock keep in mind you are barely touching it like it will never hurt anything.

Good news I just found a set of Sasquatch wheels and got them for $500 will be mounting the 38s Friday. Hope to have the lift on by then if not I'll be mall crawling only Don't hate.
