Back seat looks a little cramped.... You inched forward? Or just a big guy?

Front driver seat was all the way back. Second time I got in - after adjusting to my height (5’6) there was plenty of room in the back.
also... Molle grid is Bronco bolted to swap in and out.

FYI - THAT 2" TRIM PIECE IS USABLE STORAGE. THE TAILGATE DOES NOT OVERLAP. We covered this in another thread. And that trim piece is exactly 2" per our tape measured 2 door cargo. So you may want to update the title of the thread to be 32" not 30". You could see it in other photos, and your own, that the 2" border is usable space.

....I estimated 32.3" so off by a fraction...

also it looks like the width is a lot closer to 43” than 42” at the opening. And opens up to 43” for a majority of the space

So... at its maximum, it sticks in 3.5 inches, and it blends in to the rest of the door over 10 inches.

Great pics. That hump barely extends over the edge trim, so not only practically no impact on your measurements, but looks like we actually get a little more to work with.

Now, if you go back, why don't you snap some pics of those crew training manuals while you're at it!

It's either a door bag or top bag in the back too, so that's usinga majorityof the space it seems. I think it's obvious you'll have a lot less room in back when storing parts in there.

also ask them if ford is planning on replacing the rear seat backs with vinyl and if the 2 door is going to get some sort of "lift" in the back so the seats fold flush with the cargo

I asked about the two door with the possible lift for the trunk yesterday and they said they don’t know of anything yet. Although, they were all pretty new

John, I want to say I have seen the measurements with the rear seats folded. I'm old and can't remember what I did an hour ago, so I can't remember the numbers or where the thread was.

Maybe the beautiful mind of @ZackDanger can remember. I think that boy can remember everything since he popped outta Momma.
