Soft top is stock on most 4-doors. There are three hard top options (so far):

1) Molded-in-color carbonized gray
2) Modular black painted
3) Modular body color painted
The molded in colour one isn’t modular and comes off as one large piece ?

also, I assume no pricing on what the three types cost at this point ?

Three pieces. The large back piece with windows, and the two panels above the front row.

No pricing yet. I'd take a look at Wranglers for a general idea.

Soft top for me. I had a 4 door JK with hardtop. Only ever took the freedom panels off. No space to store the rear, and it was ridiculously heavy from what I’m told. Reason I got hardtop was because it was my daily driver. This is gonna be a 3rd car, toy so a soft top doesn’t bother me. I have 4 yrs before my son will drive it daily so I’ll just get a hard top then. Or let him ride in the soft top to build some character. LOL

I'm going soft top. Just the idea of easily rolling it back over the front seats brings me joy. I'll ride it with the AC or heat full blast. I'm buying a toy.

With my weather I'm going hardtop. I'll see what the soft-top from Ford looks like, and what the after-market comes up with, before I decide on a soft-top.

Hardtop for me, I can always pick up a soft top that someone got tired of.

I’m doing both if I can. Soft top and modular hard top hopefully in black and not stupid grey.

I will most likely upgrade to both. Since i do get snow in the winter, i want the hard top. For summer, I want the soft top.

Soft top! After seeing the pics of the black four door with the soft top pulled all the way back, I like it. Can possibly go from fully covered to fully open with 4 doors stored in back and top down, that’s appealing. Then can go back to fully sealed with everything on board. And if the hardtop isn’t available in matte textured black or white, it makes the decision even easier for me.

EDIT: And if the sides and back of the soft top can be zipped out to run it like a safari top, oh so money!!!

Owned a soft top on my old Wrangler. It was horrible at any speed over 35 mph. On the highway it was like sitting inside a tent in a hurricane.
Its a comment that like that that makes me think the hard top will be 100% required for me. 90% of my commute is highway at 70-80 mph and a few days a week I have my kid with me

Ordering with a hard top then buying after market soft top. Resell value on hardtops gets prime dollar.

Did the same with my 4dr wrangler. My only question is how will the soft top work with roof rails? ‘12 JKu folded straighback into cargo space, unclear how the bronco 4dr will work.

I’m sure bestop will come with a bronco version
