I have a 4 Wheel Parts Front Bumper on order for my Bronco. For all us states that require a front license plate, how are you mounting it to this bumper? I really don't want to drill and tap some holes in it if I don't have to.

I can't help you there, but when it arrives, please post photos and impressions of it. I came really close to buying it but was going to wait and see what others thought of it first.

Shackle mount but it requires giving up one of your tow points on the front. The good news is that it is easily removed and re-installed.

Don't know if that particular bumper has the same tow point set up though.

The 4Wheel Parts bumper appears to have a tube portion above the winch. I used one of these and mounted the plate on the tube. You have to modify the plate bracket, by drilling 2 holes and rotating the clips. I have been running something similar on my FJ for years now with no issues.

I will likely drill and nutsert a mounting point on mine when I get it.

Texas required it. I never run front plates on any of my cars. Been pulled over a couple times. Get warnings. Still won’t run it.

I found some screws that fit in the cutout of the 4WP logo. I just attached the plate to that. I’ll post pic tomorrow
