As stated above, BN is owned by one of Ford's major marketing companies. Sure it's a seperate company but they are fulfilling a contract with Ford and are paid by Ford to do it.

If it ain't d-bag dealers sleazing around here looking to set us crazy consumers straight on why they are still relevant bacteria in Ford's digestive tract, it's the faux hipsters at BN barfing up the company line on command, recruiting paid memberships, selling swag of questionable value and offering mental chunks of even more questionable value, all while claiming to be independent. Yeah, paid by Jackson-Dawson to be independent. You're an employee of a marketing/PR/advertising firm paid by Ford and run by a former Ford exec.

A further search for JohnP with a connection to Bronco found another author, @johnpmahoney, interesting he also makes the connection that Ford owns Bronco Nation. The article was published in Motoring - Australia on August 11, 2020:

@johnp1345 I see you list your location as Atlanta, GA and @johnpmahoney is listed as "motoring's UK agent" so I may have made an incorrect connection, but at least we have another confirmation that Ford owns Bronco Nation, even if it is indirectly though Jackson Dawson. Also, per standard contract language, when Jackson Dawson's contract expires with Ford, Bronco Nation, being Ford's asset, will move to whatever new company gets any follow-on contract or be brought back into house with Ford.
