How do you all think this suspension will perform as compared to the factory SAS & HOSS suspensions, the aspect of lift aside?

It's a downgrade compared to Badlands/Sasquatch HOSS. With bilstein shocks....
WHY?

No Reservoir
No ESCV (escv is like having two-tube bypass shocks, three zones in escv)
Way less R&D

Its like going from badlands back to base suspension, just you get a lift.

I'll be here with my honest opinion, no regerts. regrats. ugh.

I'm wondering about the door holding up with a 37" bolted to it, especially when you leverage it out like that. This is a well-known weakness in the wranger, most go with a swing out tire carrier attached to the bumper. I'd be interested in see the structural design of the Ford swing gate.
RTR has a swing out bumper coing thats tied to the tailgate and opens together. its pretty sick.

The RTR concept has a bumper mounted rear tire option that integrates with the operation of the door. It has a delete for the factory tire mount. Looks pretty sweet!

I rode in a HOSS equipped bronco at KOH and completely agree with you. The HOSS suspension is not a sexy looking as machined aluminum coil-overs but it benefits from factory engineering and testing. It is impossible to overstated just how well sorted out the HOSS system works. Back in the early 90's I raced Class 1600 buggies and they didn't handle the woops as well as the HOSS equipped bronco did.

You are going to spend a fortune trying to match that level of performance and durability in the aftermarket. While the SAS option isn't cheap it is actually a bargain for what you get. There maybe less expensive aftermarket options that look good in the parking lot but out on the trail the HOSS systems kicks ass.

All Broncos have the "HOSS" suspension.

Do you mean specifically the Bilstein position sensitive dampers available on the BL and Sasquatched trims?

SEMA 2021. I am sure we will see some crazy parts.
Maybe . . . how many SEMA participants will have actual Bronco's and, even if they do, will have had enough time with them to measure, fab and mod said parts? Just wondering out loud . . .

I mean the Bilstein specific suspenstion. That is the one that I rode in at KOH.

+35 backspace

Perfect❤
I'd like to see where that offset ends up with a set of non-sas flares.
It's good to see the new upper control arm will let you keep 17" wheels. Some aftermarket upper control arms make you go to a larger diameter rim.

Pre-production units have been in the hands of aftermarket suppliers for months. Ford is building a vehicle they want you to modify.

Good points....that's another reason to wait and see what the market comes up with, or if Ford offers the same type shocks in taller coilovers with their lifts.

^^^^^^^^ That is highly unlikely. Ford is not going to offer an "unstable" SUV to the public ever again. Are you old enough to remember the Firestone/Explorer fiasco? Or, the Bronco II?

Yeah.... and considering these three units basically came out of nowhere...

Can't wait to see what else is revealed in the coming weeks!

That is the question. Most have a brand loyalty when it comes to coil overs Fox, King, etc. and their opinion goes along those lines. 4WP is mostly a retailer, even though they bought up a few mom and pop manufacturers a while ago, they did not mention the brand of those shocks and coils.

I'm just extremely glad to see the adjustability built right in. So, you can go from 1" to 3.5" when you want without spending any more money. Personally, I like spending money just once.
The shocks are in house design. Not rebranded Fox shocks like a few years back.
