Well 12.37 this morning got email it's been built 5/12 blend date number 1666 now it won't let me track and where is my coming off the line photo (I know princess problem)

Some people never get a production line photo, others don’t get them until after delivery. Hit or miss on those I think

Awesome, it will be nice to see some more Bronco's in Central FL. I see one every now and then and funny story, I saw one on the 408 on Saturday morning and I had to go 85 plus to catch up to it. Meanwhile, my wife is telling me to slow down. I remind her that I'm a local cop and have a "get out of jail free card", so I can speed if I have a good reason to do so. I can think of only two reasons I would cut somebody a break if they were speeding...."My wife is in labor in the back seat and I'm chasing a Bronco". For both I would provide escort!

Omg that’s awesome! I live over near the winter garden village (I’m in Wesmere) and there’s 2 broncos in my community. My hubby laughs cuz I always ride my bike in those sections of the community to go see them And btw I do the same thing when I see one! Last summer I was in AZ and UT and saw quite a few on that trip. I was just in Hawaii in March and saw 2 on that trip too! One was even sitting on the lot at the dealer!

Not sure about others with 5/11 blend (548/850), but I finally got my shipped email early this AM and Ordertrack shows "in transit" but no Rail info. Time to see if chat can provide the rail car #.

Production Line Photos - Only Reservation Holders are intended to receive them and they are coming late these days.

Rotation number is the number used in the plant to sequence the vehicles through. That is the big number next to your blend date. It starts over at 9999 and Ford Rangers are also on the same line so you can't really sequence against other broncos directly.

Place in line number on the right of the slash indicates if you will get built on your blend day. Numbers around 800 mean their scheduling for that blend day covers just one day. Numbers over 800 mean they are scheduling for 2 days to get those vehicles built. I don't know why they do one or the other, but they have been.

The sales guy was telling me I was set for build week 5/9.

Window Sticker available 5/4 - I saw my blend date was 5/9
Modules Popped on 5/10
Received Built Email from Ford 5/11
Received Shipped Email from Ford 5/12

My Rotation number was 7767, and my place in line was 648/1714 which means two days of the building were happening for that one blend day.

So,
Window Sticker available to Blend day = 5 days
Blend Day to Modules Popped = 1 day
Blend Day to Built email = 2 days
Blend Day to Shipped Email = 3 days

My build is a 2door base manual bronco with sasquatch, switches, and roof rack. Other than the roof rack it is the easiest thing to build.

Keep in Mind the BLEND DATE is very near the endpoint of the vehicle. It's when the cabin and the frame are bolted together.

What makes a build slow?
I dunno. Most of the mid or lux-level stuff is handled in the cabin and frame when they aren't connected. So various level stuff shouldn't affect anything after the Blend Date. Maybe some are missing their blend date because of that?

Also, QA checks can slow you down. They can pull a bronco off the line and run a series of checks on it, and that can add a week to your built vehicle getting shipped.

I am a 5/12 blend, 430 out of 1693 and nothing, still showing as production, modules popped but no tear tag. :/

Same here , 528/1693. Blend date 5/12. Mods were there on Friday. I'm expecting some point today but I haven't received any emails from ford at all. Leads me to believe the dealership didn't input my email for it. Which annoys me

Yeah no luck on chat this AM for rail car #. Said it had not been updated yet. Rep told me to try my dealer or to reach out "to our new Ford vehicle order team here (800) 334-4375" I may call them or try chat again later. I imagine there are diff't levels of rep knowledge as well.

I was a 5/9 blend date. Mods popped and tear tag but no built email. Shipping info is by convoy and ASN status. Talke to ford chat and have an in production status with estimated completion of 6/1

Contact your dealer. Ask your salesperson what email address they have on file for you, and if they put it on the order to Ford.

Also, you should have an account on ford.com which uses the same email address you shared with Ford.

If you have both of those you are more likely to get information from ford about your bronco.

I'm a 5/13 blend date and 947/1693. Just started showing mods! I also have never gotten any emails from Ford. But my dealership hasn't been all that helpful. Nice people, but not very proactive when getting or giving info.
