Had my bronco over a month and I am enjoying every minute, well built, nice to drive compared to a jeep, lots of power from the v6, plenty of room, electronics work well only thing I had happen was the 12” screen stopped working I gad to disconnect the negative battery terminal, it never happened since, I reported it to the dealer, another thing is spots forming on my hood and fenders that looks like rust, I just got back from the dealer they took pictures to be sent off for a decision. It’s ridiculous why is a vehicle rusting already? I thought these broncos we’re made from aluminum. I attached some pictures. Other than that it’s been a blast!

If the Bronco spent time on the rails, the rust could be from rail dust. Is it on the paint or under it. If it is on the paint, a good automotive clay will remove it. Had to detail an F150 because of this years ago. Very nice! Thanks for sharing.

Great Bronco set up. The rims and tires look great with the black.

I love that you’re in Newfoundland. My wife and I drove all over the island making this low budget documentary about the Targa Newfoundland back in 2011.

What a perfect place to have a Bronco. I think I’ll have to come back with the whole family once we get our Black Diamond.

But if the damage was caused while the vehicle was being transported, the correction should be covered by the warranty. If he tries to correct it himself and does more damage, he's screwed. Just my two cents.
I can't imagine which Bronco warranty would cover minor paint imperfections after driving the truck for 3400 miles.
If it happened during transport the damage would have been there at purchase.
If you let the 17 year old kid washing cars at the dealer try to fix it and they do more damage then you're still screwed. Even if you don't end up paying money.
I just wouldn't expect to find professional auto detailing at a dealer. I bet there's a few people here who don't want the dealer to even wash their new Bronco for fear of them screwing up the paint.

For the rust spots try using an iron remover like carpro ironx. Could just be road grime fallout crap from area you live in.

Nice pics Thomas.. even the green thing. Lol 👀

I think you're bronco just might need to be claybared. I had those rusty coloured specs all over my last couple vehicles. Hard to say where they come from but road grime/tree sap/ natural environmental thing... Everything comes off with claybar. I have to do mine twice a year out here in the west coast if it annoys me. Might be something else tho...
I think this is dead on. Virtually certain this is not rust! Thanks for all the great pics, keep having fun with your Bronco, jealous as hell.

The Viper is gorgeous. A few years ago I was toying with buying a Viper ACR. but having had a number of other very low vehicles I thought the ACR was just too ridiculous and impractical to be used in the real world as opposed to solely on a track, so I passed. I probably should not have though. Insane vehicles, very available at the time, very good pricing. I kick myself for that one.

I have heard that many cars shipped over rail road gets these rust spots from debris during shipping. It may be BS but there may be truth to it.

Just curious, did you add a 1" leveler, or a lift kit to get those 35's to fit?

Well, this seals it for me, not squatching my Badlands. Been eyeing those exact wheels for 18 months, perfect stance. Well done!
