Don't laugh too much though, because if Jeep sells a few of those, that'll just give Ford the idea they can raise their prices :(

That’s just base MSRP. People are paying 92K for them. And the new Wagoneer goes up to $120K.

honestly if they didnt just tack the thing into the car and actually designed some of the aspects of the vehicle for the power. Its going to be well worth it and people will still buy the shit out of it.

fords biggest mistake was not getting a v8 and powerboost in the bronco. hopefully the platform has room for these in the future because despite the price people are going to buy the hell out of these unless gas stays at 5 dollars a gallon

Just going off the few shots I've seen of the 2.7 engine bay, I think there should be enough room to at least fit an NA V8 in there.

Not sure if any of yall saw this yet, but the 392 Wrangler is going to be 75k... YIKES. Yet another reason to stick with Bronco!

Looking forward to seeing the pissed off face of a 392 owner when a tuned 2.7 blows them out of the water!!
Ford has always done equal or better with less. Would be something to have Ford win a drag race in a equally sized vehicle with half the displacement!

Pretty much - 2.7, auto, sas, 2 door, LUX and a few accessories. You only live once and can't take money with you so why not?
You could always give the extra 12k to me if ya like. I can take it with me, where I'm going my Bronco doesn't need roads. Your choice :ROFLMAO:

But you can lower the V8 Jeep and make it a street beast and do Nurburgring lap time records.....
..... until that V8 suffers from heat soak because its so tight in there....

NO REASON FOR A V8
* Its a psychological marketing tool

I used to be super into V8 swapping my old Jeep, but the more I learn about the 2.7TT, the more I like it and the potential it has. Tons of places that will be offering tunes and stage kits for them I'm sure. The only engine option I'd even consider, besides the 2.7, would be a diesel if offered from Ford. A 4 cylinder turbo powerstroke would be BADASS in the Bronco I think
