Does your steering wheel lock when parked? Mine does not have a locking mechanism and I'm woundering if this is normal? 7MT SAS. I would think no wheel lock someone could break my window throw the thing in neutral and roll it away? Should it have a wheel locking mechanism?

My 7mt does not lock the steering.

It does like to have a weird throttle surging issue in 1st gear while accelerating though.
Gets in this cycle of losing all power, gains it back, loses it, gains it, over and over.
Of course it doesn't do it all the time and doesn't throw any codes, so can't get the dealer to look at it.

Does anyone randomly stall while starting from 1st? Almost like applying the gas does nothing? I think it happened to me when it was starting back up from the auto start stop and I was letting out the clutch too fast before the engine fully turned over but wasn’t sure if anyone else noticed this?

Love my m/t. The tranny will sometimes stutter in 1st gear, I'll try to counter by up shifting as soon as I can. Doesn't happen often. Otherwise it's a great truck to drive.

Hey and check this out - yesterday I replaced the vinyl OEM shift boot with a leather boot from Redline Goods. No practical purpose, IMO the OEM vinyl boot looks like crap. I selected black leather with stone thread (I have a BB with Sandstone interior):

That's nice, I was thinking of getting one with orange stitching to complete this:

Good idea, black leather with orange stitching would look sharp.

Hey and how do you like the feel of the Boomba shift knob? I don't care for the logo however I'm interested in how it feels when shifting. btw another vendor ( @EIGHTLUG ) may be building their own eventually...not sure...would love to purchase & install something like this if it becomes available.

The smooth weighted round is really nice, no doubt. If @EIGHTLUG comes out with something I like better, mine will be up for sale cheap 😂

Welcome, takes nice long drive on some nice back roads, and then grab yourself a beer from the clubhouse kegerator.
