Just spoke with Ford Chat and now they're saying 8/19 production from a previous date of 8/16. As the previous comments say not nearly as bad to get bumped a couple days vs weeks. Still no window sticker so I'll continue this ride with you all...

I was originally for 8/16 then moved to 8/18 and now 8/19 also

What info do you need to get the info from ford chat.

I just put my basic information into the form when I start the chat. Name/email/VIN.

Just your VIN. Just ask them if they can provide the your build date and estimated delivery for VIN (insert your vin)

Ode to the Early Reservation Holder Continues

It’s the morning of the build week announcements:
And all through the thread;
It’s been relatively quiet;
And I’m feeling the dread.

The seconds, minutes and hours drag on;
I check my email, the back door, and dealer, all.
I’m nervous, excited, discouraged for sure;
As a early reservation holder awaiting the call.

As another month of builds pass me by;
I wonder how that could be.
I am am dazed, confused and angry sometimes;
as I know I’ll soon have to order a MY23!

Oh wait, here it is, Ford has issued my vin;
The build week come next, I’m beginning to grin.
But alas further disappointment and aggravation arise;
My build week keeps getting bumped, there’s always an unpleasant surprise.

Well, I too have been bumped again from 8/18 to 8/20.

Seems like a LOT of people are now 8/20. Have a feeling this weekend there will be several folks moved to the 8/22 build week.

My original build date was 8/17, still haven’t seen a window sticker and 10 mins ago I checked order tracker app and all it said was “order confirmed” so I decided to reach out to Ford Chat. They told me that I was “in production”…. Pretty much all the info they gave me so I went back and checked order tracker and now it says “in production” - all of this happened within 10mins but still no window sticker?

No sticker just yet and I can't get any info out of the order tracker, after I put in my dealer order and vin it just spins and relaunches the page. The https://www.ford.com/buy/manage.html?reservationId=XXXXXXXXXXX link still says 8/15 but not having access to ordertrack anymore is making me nervous.

I had this happen too. It lasted about a day but now I can see all my information again.
