Installed the IAG EZ-Lift Soft Top Assist System today. Just as advertised. Easy to install and works as intended! Along with eliminating the need for the prop rod, it also makes putting the soft back from position 2 so much easier with little effort! Here a a couple quick vids…

Nice! mine should be here in a day or so. Once question I have is do you think they are strong enough to lift the whole top if it is all the way back to put things in the the back of the Bronco?

Is that even possible? If so, I wasn’t aware of that. I don’t think they would be strong enough though. That’s 100 lbs they’ll be trying to lift!

Just received my cup holders from Broken Innovation! Another member on this forum mentioned them and I think they’re a great option for us 4-door MGV owners. Only issue is my knee hitting them when getting in and out of the truck, but good thing they’re removable! I’d probably only use them when they’re needed.

Diabolical Slipstream installed! Didn’t realize it would take me as long as it did. With all the bolts and trying to follow along with the install video, it’s very tedious and I’d recommend you set aside an afternoon if you decide to get one of these. The effort that was put into packaging was first class. Everything was wrapped and cushioned. I posted a story on IG yesterday that I was about to install and tagged Diabolical and Alan actually reached out to me with some tips and even left his number to call if I had any issues. That’s first class customer service! I opted not to install the tail skin because, tbh, it made it difficult to close the rear of the soft top. I may give it another shot later. Other than that, the back wall folds down if you need the extra space, the lid is removable, and the quality is top notch. Satisfied overall and the added security was a must.

Looks great, thanks for posting your install experience. You've made some great mods and videos! I'm considering this mod. I have a soft top also. Any security concerns without the tailskin and the top back or off? I also would love know if the sound is affected with the subwoofer caged in.
Thanks

I don’t think there’s much of a security concern. Without the tail skin, the gap is only about an inch. I haven’t tested yet, but I think with the top folded all the way back, it’s covered anyways. I haven’t tested either, but with the top completely off, I don’t think the inch gap will be too much of a concern. I’m no audiophile, but I don’t hear a difference in the sound quality of the subwoofer. However, there is some rattling when the bass hits and also just while driving. I think it’s coming from the pins, but I’ll try to figure that out later.

Just finished installing the JTopsUSA Bimini top and yea…hands down the best Bimini top for the Bronco! I had one of the other ones and it’s not even close. Then, I almost pulled the trigger on another brand before I noticed it had a gap around the whole perimeter. Did a little more research and came across @j.topsusa Bimini top on the Bronco6G forums and knew it was the one. 100% full coverage, barely flaps at high speeds, and no straps flapping all over the place. If you’re in the market for a Bimini top, this one’s a no-brainer.
