I understand just searching for help, thanks for input. However I do believe if you shop around I'm sure it can be done for a reasonable price. If you ever decide to take the plunge I'm here to help.

No not yet, any possible solutions. Were you able to figure out the volume issue?
I asked around but unfortunately nobody I know had that issue. They said try hard resetting the SYNC system (press and hold radio center button and the skip button at the same time)No not yet, any possible solutions.
…so about 5x the cost of a 65” TV screen to go from 8” to 12” lol
I think @Schwaggle was able to fix that in his swap. Linked post below referencing Forscan.Hello, so a few months ago I came across a thread on if it were possible to swap from an 8" to 12" display on a 6g Ford Bronco. All credit to Schwaggle whom motivated me to try it. I have to say it was a success on my 2022 big bend bronco
However one thing I have not been able to fix is my on screen volume control. It always reads 0 when turning with knob. Wondering if anyone has a forscan setting that would resolve this? I'd greatly appreciate any and all help with this.

Nabbed it from an ecosport forum or something, but volume numbers do stuff now lol

Yes, there is a FORSCAN setting that will likely fix it, I caused the same error when installing my MoBridge amp and was trying to get all the B&O error messages to resolve, only problem is that I don't remember what setting it was.
Volume works fine. But it will not register the digits. Just zero see pic.
I have a very different Bronco, use Schwaggles values. Mine is a factory lux package with an aftermarket amplifier. Totally different situation. Just was providing some context.Appreciate you taking the time to share that info. When you have a chance can you confirm what you ended up under the 7d0-01-01. Because Schwaggle settings start with 0 and yours with a 2. Just want to be sure before I reset those settings.
