I've been looking at doing the same thing except to use the XLT badges and colormatch an OBX over the XLT...I really dig this look and to see the badge on one makes me want to do it even more.

Did you just find the badge online? Or did you make it? I honestly love that
You can get them on Dennis Carpenter or probably Bronco Graveyard.

Looks great! Did you do a lift or level when you swapped the wheels and tires? I want to switch mine out for the same size tires if it ever gets released from the ice mountain. wondering about any rubbing etc.

As much as I love the script badges, we thought this would be something unique, and it really worked out! Thought others might appreciate it, and who doesn't love the 90s?

Also swapped out the OBX wheels for the Base style, and added 285/75/16 tires!

Thanks!! No lift or any modifications, someone on this forum made a great post and YouTube video showing that the 285/75/16 could fit without any issue and it was super helpful to see ahead of time!

Fantastic! I am going to look for that video.

There is a lot more to changing tires that I thought. I have been reading a lot and learning. Seems to be like a million different opinions. I never really worried about any of it driving F350's for the last 25 years or so.

Sorry - here's the link - https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...es-on-stock-base-rims-no-mods-required.21435/

I learned so much over the last month about tires and wheels since it was all very new to me as well.

Not a huge fan of the stock stickers. The Badlands is about the best looking IMHO. I don't like my OBX stickers and bought the Bronco Depot Scripts before Ford got involved. I haven't installed them yet, but I do think they look good. I agree that a block letter matching the grill letter would be cool too and even cooler if the trim level was below like the ole XL, XLT, LARIAT, EDDIE BAUER was in the 80's/90's.

To the OP, the badge looks good and the XL color seems to match really well. (y)
The Eddie would look badass on an Eruption Green rig.

Ford Bronco 90s style Bronco XL badge on the OBX 5
This looks great! I really do like the script, and we almost did it until we came across the XL style. Nice job on yours!

You sure do spend a lot of time on here arguing with people. Shouldn't you be busy off-roading in the...Minnesota North Metro area?
Just waiting for the trails to not be super soft 🤙🏻 I'd hate to be that guy that tears up the trails because I can't wait for the mud to not be soup. I've never been that guy on my dirt bikes, why start now?

Yeah, I looked at them a long time back, thought it would look the best of all the 'old' school badging, I just cannot get over the misnomer of the XL. I checked out the Bronco Ranger badges as well to see if they could be modified without looking janky to get ride of the 'Ranger' part, just did not think the execution would look clean.
