The dealership excuse is totally lame. They are taking advantage of a customer who erred in order to use the customers Bronco to sell to someone at mark up. The customer ordered in good faith with the dealership. If Broncos were rolling off the line in excess they would be bending over backwards for this customer. Thier request to have the negative review removed is laughsble. They no exactly what they did to this customer, now they can live with the results of their a tip s.
