Definitely annoying when people with my build or better but later reservation date, get their build info

It wasn't supposed to work that way until some dealers complained about the high volume dealers stealing their business and they came up with allocation formulas. I can certainly understand your concern. As an October reservation holder who deferred to next MY, I hope they can deliver on their promise to finish current reservations by June 2022.

I was the first reservation at a small local Dealer dealer communications have been good but he doesn’t have any answers except that he doesn’t have a build date yet either. He does have a demo on the way but can’t sell it for 6-7 months per Ford.

My dealer's answers to me when I call just once a month is "You're probably going to get it in 2022"
They don't even want to take the time to find out any information from Ford.
Recently, the salesman that put my order in asks me....."you're talking about a Bronco Sport, right?"
NO DUDE, I DIDN'T ORDER A BRONCO SPORT.
Every time my phone beeps with a new email, I wonder "is it from Ford?" This sucks.
The only good thing about waiting this long is that I've been able to make enough profit from crytpocurrency trading since ordering that I could pay cash for it. However, I'd never sell an appreciating asset to buy a depreciating asset. I hope Ford has some good financing available.

I WANT TO COMPLAIN so I'm posting this here.

I just called the Bronco hotline and spoke with a representative. Either she is misinformed but I heard some things that are very startling for me:
- She said that the order/conversion date is the date that matters and not the reservation date.
- Also, as you make changes to your order, you get a new conversion date in the system each time, therefore, pushing your date back to the end of the list.

I've been following this forum for awhile now and sometimes feel like we know more than our dealers but to hear this from the Bronco customer hotline is very concerning because I have made several changes to my order after every Ford announcement and have waited down to the last day of conversion because we were told that it was the reservation date that really mattered.
As some of you all know, you get one Confirmed email and making changes to your order doesnt always mean your Ford account reflect those changes, so that makes it hard to verify anything.

There are like 5 threads on vehicles in production where the buyers are freaking out about not knowing the exact moment of build. There are a couple dozen with build dates moving. I have to say the folks that got the shittiest part of the stick (those early res holders with no build date) seem to be the most level-headed right now….
