Discount code took, but then I got charged more for the order than what the 25% discount would have allowed. Customer service wasn't available to help and when I called Ford customer service this morning, they said there was a known issue with the code not applying to orders, but couldn't do anything to help me. They opened a ticket for operations to look into it, slapped me on my ass, and sent me on my way.

It's only fifty bucks, but the one-time experience makes me to never want to order from accessories.ford.com ever again.
