Hey all! Finally, after almost two years since making a reservation, I got the YOUR BRONCO HAS BEEN BUILT/SHIPPED email. Interested in what accessories are on your must have list and why.

I'll be getting a Badlands, non-squatched, with 2.7L engine.

Accessories I'm considering:

Slide out tailgate (will use as a table)
Roof rails (seeing this isn't compatible with this specific build)?
Hitch extension (for bike rack)
Seat covers (Carhart or Neoprene, kids/dog)

What are y'all considering?

You need a MRT Axle back dual tip exhaust!

Easy bolt on, sound is beefy...my dealer said it sounded like the Braptor exhaust.

However, my S.O. prefers a quieter ride, so off it came after 900 miles.

Here's the link...

https://www.shopmrt.com/2021-Ford-Bronco-MRT-Axle-Back-w-Dual-Tips-p/90r238.htm

$699 from MRT...you can have mine for $300 plus shipping (UPS WA to ID will prolly be under $100).

Got a pile of accessories awaiting my BL 2dr 7sp

Diode dynamics Pro pocket fog kit
MRT dual tip exhaust
Turbo smart BOV
Pedal commander
MRT good struts
Ford door sill protectors
Aeroskin II hood deflector

Future:
Jtop mesh Bimini to go under the hardtop

Builtright industries rear molle panels
Ceramic coat
Window tint

7/20/2020 reservation
7/25/22 tentative build week

Going for a “Factory” build style. The longer it takes to get in the more accessories I’ll probably stockpile. Good luck and have fun!

I would make sure you have the aux switches and led headlights upgraded on your order well worth the cost. Then some bumper and A pillar lights. Cargo enclosure of some kind is nice to keep things secure. Upgrade the base speakers is also an easy DIY for less than $200 when you get your Bronco and makes a huge difference vs stock paper speakers. I did Kicker CS speaker for all 6 and it was simple and low cost.

Bimini mesh top.

Too hot to take the top off now, but come october when it cools off some, I'll want something to cut down on the merciless sun.

I KNEW I was overlooking something! Adding a PC to my '16 Camaro SS made a huge differnece in how the car drives, it felt like it added 50 horsepower. I know it certainly did not add any power, but it felt like it did.

Ordered!

Congrats!

-Ford OEM First Aid Kit(thrown in rear cargo area under-floor space)
-Ford OEM Cargo Net
-Ford OEM Cargo Area Liner
-Ford OEM/UVS 100 Sun Shade
-Ford OEM Rubber Hitch Plug with Bronco Logo
-Ford OEM/Trail-Armor Aeroskin II Hood Protector(self-installed a week after delivery, as soon as weather permitted)
-Ford Performance/Warn Industries Off-Road Recovery Kit(transferred from another vehicle)
-Ford Performance License Plate Frame-Black(for Rear)
-Ford Performance License Plate Slim Frame-Black(for Front)
-Archetype Racing CALL SIGN Front Plate Mount
-Fast Intensions Sill Guards, Cactus Gray Emblem(put on the next morning after taking delivery)
-Garmin Dash Cam 67W
-Dongar Technologies Dash Cam Power Adapter
-Vortex Maxi Phone Mount

Coming Soon
-Outback Adventure Trailgater Tailgate Table
-JTops Mesh Bimini Top
-NOCO GBX-75 Battery Jump Start Pack
-Archetype Racing BAM BYODR Accessory Rail

... I'm trying to keep it light, minimal, and as stock-looking as possible so most likely going with the OEM Rigid A-Pillar and 40" Roof light kits, although I still keep looking at Baja Designs' kits... could use them reward points to lessen the sticker-shock on the Ford Performance Tube Doors.

I'm undecided on an on-board air source(either a Powertank/fire extinguisher plate kit or ARB Twin Compressor under the hood)... roof rack set-up for mounting a little bit of gear(most likely TrailRax Halfrack+Trax Pax)... Hammer Built's Modular Tailgate Reinforcement System looks good, too, maybe to mount a pair of traction boards?

When a bumper/winch kit comes around that meets all the provisions for my particular Bronco build, only then will I look at upgrading any suspension components to take into account for the additional weight.

The Dongar is back in stock if you’re still looking. I just got an email. I bought mine third party but I’m a big fan of the clean install.
