Great Question but it can have about 1000+ answers by everyone on this forum. I would say some good ones for the best bang for the buck are:
1. Speaker upgrades at least the front dash 4" speakers to replace and add base blockers. Kicker CS makes some good low cost replacements.
2. Some added lights. A pillar lights will make a nice difference like the Ford Performace Rigid Lights like on Ebay. Maybe some Diode Dynamic Elites to double the fog light output or SS3s and can go with Amber and backlit. M&R makes some cool stuff for the capable bumper as well.
3. Mud Flaps to protect paint/doors and/or some full length steps like the ones from IAG.
It really is up to you there are so many things like powder coating your wheel rings. Tailgate table. Archetype Racing and IAG have great stuff. I would narrow it down and then there are so many things to chose and look at from posts on this sight or just ask.
