Apologies if this has been answered ...

I’ve seen people say that a Badlands includes basically everything in a Squatch package except for the big ass mud tires. Instead, BL non-Sas gets 33 all terrains.

Let’s say I get a Badlands non-Sas now. A few years down the road, now it’s no longer new and shiny. The kids are off to college and my wife wants me to get lost on the weekends because I’m puttering around driving her nuts. That’s when I think I want to put it on 35 mud tires and go ripping around.

will the 35s fit later, without having to add an after market lift kit?

According to Ford at the event in TN they will. The Area 51 overland rig is a reg band lands suspension with 35s according them

It looks like the rear would be ok but I'm thinking the front may need a bit of a lift/leveling kit. I've gone down this road in my mind a time or twelve.

You’ll need about 1” wheel spacers, and some 1/2” bump stops. Otherwise you’ll probably be ok.
