Add HD Radio Tuner?

I know the Broncos don't come with a HD radio tuner. I actually enjoy the old-school FM radio still, and vehicles that have HD radio channels make it that much better. I know this is old-school, but is there a way to add a HD radio tuner to the stock head unit? I see they exist online, but just not sure if it would work with the Bronco's head unit or if there are other challenges with this specific vehicle. I don't like Sirius, nor is the signal even that good with Sirius. I think HD radio sounds better than Sirius. Thank you.

I have HD radio on my Badlands/Lux. Not sure if it's specific to the Lux, but I wouldn't think so.

HD radio is only available in ACM’s that are used in the B&O sound systems. You’d need Lux for this.

I was pretty annoyed by this. Seems like every newer vehicle has HD radio. I've got a high package on my Badlands and don't have it.
