For that price I will build my own. I already have a shop full of tools. Heck for that price I might buy a plasma cam and build my own, and then have the plasma cam to build other projects..

Don't think I saw this asked or answered in this thread yet: Is this bumper made of steel or aluminum? (Or unobtainium?)

If its aluminum I'd consider it
If its stainless steel I'd consider it
If its regular plain-jane steel then ADD is on crack, Its just going to turn into rust in 24 to 36 months* unless you live in the southwest.

If its one of the first two options: maybe. If its the third? That's a Negative Ghostrider, the pattern is full

*(like every other aftermarket steel bumper)

Itā€™s more expensive because they are accounting for the extra labor hours needed to add in all that branding.

I kid, kind of. It does look good but the price is a bit much and the excessive branding is tacky.

Thatā€™s the most expensive bumper Iā€™ve ever seen
Yeah, and that is the base price. Wait until you start configuring it. This is the same issue with the 4Runner. The bumpers are crazy expensive. You can get a good Wrangler bumper for under a grand.

Insane pricing. I fully understand them being proud in their product, but thatā€™s outrageous. it may influence my thoughts here that I also donā€™t love their design here. itā€™s nice for sure, but not mind blowing as that price would suggest.

Best front bumper I have seen IMO...there is a lot of complex curves, angles going on there...ADD has always been a premium priced brand but also some of the best looking and performing. I was not aware of the coating issues and the poster that was not addressed gives me pause to do business with them. Why would they not address the front camera?

The rear bumper I like a lot but is it just me or is the tag low hanging fruit asking to get curled up? I would rather relo the tag to the spare and give me two spots for reverse lights. Reverse lights are a must for me...maybe a small bar will fit under the spare but just not sure how it would look.

Itā€™s like youā€™re paying more for less actual bumper.

Freeping mean looking, but what are you getting over the stock heavy duty bumper option that's worth the 5 to 10x cost?

I just threw down about $1500 for the Warn Elite and I thought THAT was expensive. Iā€™m sorry, but there must be some significant mark up here.

If you calculate using the bronco base model price, youā€™re looking at over 8% of the cost of the vehicle for this bumper without any options or even adding a winch. šŸ˜³

Then again, we have people paying $126K for First Edition Broncos so IDFKā€¦
