Still think the best option is get an original, but off the holder pins, filled in the hollow with liquid nails, and then used 3M VHB double sided tape in 4x8" sheets (took a couple for one).
Got the original badges this week and filled in with epoxy last night. Was wondering how to mount… looking up this 3M VHB stuff now. Thanks!

Did you just take your time with a utility knife to get the shape of the tape to match the badge? And did you use the black or clear tape?

I used the black tape and just peeled one side off and put the badge on...then used an x-acto knife and cut around all the letters and insides. A little patience but it was not too bad! Just use a new sharp blade! I also ended up scraping some paint off carving around so I shot the badges with some new spray paint before I put them on the car!

That’s probably the best bet - just mirror the mid point. Was just thinking that the “B” is heavy relative to the other character and may look better if I weighted the reference against it.

Pliers also work just bend them back and forth, metal fatigue they snap right off.
Be careful just bending them off - you want it as smooth as possible on the backside when you apply the double sided tape. When you test fit it, look down from the top and you’ll notice that the badge will not lay perfectly flat on the body… so you don’t want the pins to be the high spot - and I ended up bending certain areas to get it to sit flush when applying the double sided tape!

Hello!

My name is Phil and I posted a poll/survey thread a couple months ago asking if members would be interested in no-drill, adhesive backed, heritage Bronco script fender badges. In short, the thread received overwhelming interest and many of us wanted the original bronco script on our Broncos!

I am excited to announce they will be available to purchase TODAY at 12PM Central time at my new store www.broncodepotusa.com!

Quick details about the product:
Non-Licensed Product - Not affiliated with Ford Motor Company
-Easy installation with pre-installed automotive grade adhesive backing.
-Durable flexible ABS construction.
-Subtle rear curve for better adhesion to the fender's curved surface.
-Badge dimensions: 10.6in x 2.1in x 0.15in. (true size of original)

Color Options include:
-Satin Silver - to closely match the silver bronco badge on the rear tailgate of non-Wildtrak models.
-Matte Black - to closely match the matte/satin finish of Mold In Color (MIC) parts.
-Gloss Black - to closely match the gloss black bronco badge on the rear tailgate of Wildtrak models.
-Chrome - to get the true heritage look.

LIMITED QUANTITY
-24k Gold Plated - For the Bling Bling (it actually looks really good on black).

Installation Templates are now on the website!
