It had 10 miles on it when I got there so I'll keep track for sure

So, they sat on it for days and still didn't do the PDI yet? Get the papwerwork completed, take delivery, and then take it to the next-closest dealer for service under warranty. Avoid this dealer.

Well what's weird is we have had nothing but good experiences with them before and the manager is friends of my dad, he's been on vacation though . It's a small dealership in the eastbay in California. It's bill Brandt ford

The lack of communication from the dealer is the issue. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt if they were busy. I can see it sitting if they got a bunch of stuff in or the salesman you’re working with is extremely busy. I’ve been there but I at least let them know it will be a few days before everything is ready.

So the top wasn't too bad, there are some rough edges and when I get a chance I will take pictures, the problem that I can see happening is opening the doors too fast and catching those windows. Just got to be aware of it I guess

Well I will have my 6 month old and toddler with me tomorrow when I go to sign paperwork so if they try to pull anything I just won't take no for an answer and I'm sure crying baby and upset 5 year old will make them want to get me out of there as soon as possible haha

When you go to cuss out the salesman if something shady happens just tell the kids ear muffs
