Yes, the exhibits
I called several times about the status of my hardtop because I wanted it. They always told me their supplier was delaying them. If APG was their supplier this entire time (as it seems that way in the lawsuit filing), maybe there was some agreement with APG to not say they were the supplier?

Looking through APG posts, just out of pure curiosity, I did find this

So it doesn't seem like APG is going to come out of this unscathed without some Perry Mason-level reveal.

So it looks like the "tops were going to be ready but there were QC issues and we will only deliver the best product!" was all bullshit. What was produced was literally junk.

soo ADV went in with APG to be the "producer" as a "silent partner based on ADV IP?" who then outsourced it. Thats a wild risky business plan if so. This is going to take some flowcharts.

If y'all get a chance read the 35 page court filing that was posted.

This one part is a little eye opening

$1000 manufacturing cost that they priced out over $5k.. Just shows how much profit margin is in this stuff! Also, ADV took the money, and if they don't have it to pay back, Credit Card disputes are just going to end up charging back to them. Pretty bad that a company like theirs just says too bad you're out of luck and won't make it right.

Only problem is, you Apple sheep will also believe anything Apple tells you. :ROFLMAO:
Eh Android devices seem to need more frequently replacement, abandon their hardware the second you buy it unless its a Pixel, and their various app stores offer up a dumpster fire of sub-standard applications.

Granted, apple resisting RCS and other things ain't cool either, but my experiences bouncing back and forth between platforms was just dismal. I won't use an Android ever again.

I followed this page super closely. As much as I want a hardtop, I am glad I didn't fork over money to this. I hope all you reservation holders get some sort of solution.

I just want to say, even though I'm not in the market for a top (it's a 2dr anyway...), thank you to @Turn Offroad and @TURN Todd for producing the top that drew away a lot of buyers of the ADV top on 6g. I know @CTwaterfowler and @evgenyvasenev have to be breathing a big sigh of relief.

And to those still in the bind, good luck. I hope you get at least something back.

Woof that’s pretty damning for APG.
