Dang, that's not good. What exactly went out on the rack? Did it crack the actual casing, or pop the pressure valve cap? Or something else?
Casing. One was able to be limped off the trail. Oddly enough the stock one blew the entire passenger side of the rack open and took some time to get off the trail

Ok,. Been out the game for awhile whats recommend for beefing up Rack…
My favorite bang for the buck option is the 74 weld stage 1 kit which is a driver side bushing and an aluminum housing on passenger side. Goes for about 1k

The popular choices are 74weld or BroncBuster. They both have options for caps, or full steering racks, and bushings. I don't think I wheel hard enough to justify 4-5k for the full housing, but 1k for the cap w/ bushings, and Icon tie rods (~$1,300 total) seems to be a pretty good price for some peace of mind?

Copy, got the Icon tie rods, might look into the cap w/ bushings…

Very Nice! What's your offset? Any steering rack issues off roading? Any CV issues...
I went with 17" x 8.5" +18 offset
