ok... boys and girls.... get the pitch forks... we got a Bronco buddy that needs some help.... mob mob mob... Bronco lives matter! He doesn't live too far from here...
Take that hard top off if they total it, order a soft top and have the best of both worlds. Sorry you have to deal with this after such a long wait.He doesn't live too far from here...
That's a really smart idea, thank you for that!Take that hard top off if they total it, order a soft top and have the best of both worlds. Sorry you have to deal with this after such a long wait.
Yeah, you may get the new one much sooner with the soft top order too. That's a really smart idea, thank you for that!
I appreciate your perspective and where you're coming from. It balances out the stress and internal monologue right now, so it's totally cool! Also, don't get me wrong OP. I feel absolutely sick for you. But I don't believe it's a total loss.
And I don't think it would bother me enough to let this one go and wait another two years.
Sure....if there is anyone like that in his area. I had to have a Ford repaired once. They used the body shop of their Mercedes Dealership. Like I said...it was never the same. It looked good but there was always a "buckling" sound like metal moving. They never could fix it. In his case, there would also be a record of the accident which could effect the vehicles value later. Not if he takes it to a good enough body shop. There was one I dealt with back home that worked miracles. Cars came out of their shop absolutely flawless. There was another I used to tow customers to, there were routinely Mercs, Bentleys, and Lambos parked out back there.
That happened to me in Alexandria, VA 37 years ago. Guy took out 2 of our cars parked side by side at our apartment complex as he came speeding around the corner. Bummer!Less than a week later, some drunk asshole sped down a residential street, hit a door dash delivery driver's car, and lost control into the Bronco...
The suspension is destroyed at 4 corners, the car started leaking, and it likely has frame and drivetrain damage.
Probably totaled, but we'll see what insurance does. Curious to hear your guys' perspectives. Not sure I can handle waiting another 2 years to get it replaced
