Exactly. I'd imagine a square fender well kit would cost $2k. Remember, its not JUST the fenders, but paint to match ect. So youll pay a premium to mod it. That, or the el cheapo-depot 0oens youll buy wont fit right. Pick your poison. Factory settings are best imo.I am sure the aftermarket will have them BUT they will be expensive .. like 2K+ expensive. Be careful what you wish for as in your wish comes true BUT then you can't afford them.

Actually its not THAT difficult. Steel? Most Defintiely! Metal panels, no youll never get it right other than to buy Ford. But carbon fiber/ fiberglass? Take a bit of plaster of paris or epoxy to create the molds, but if youre creating it business purpose? Youll get your money back if you do it right.. And fit would be dead on. Just have to get the wells correct which shouldnt be that difficult. Most fail to understand that aftermarket fenders will most likely be fiberglass or carbon fiber.
And glass and CF will have poor quality control and thus fit and fitness will be POOR!
No aftermarket company can afford stamp steel panels as only one entity can afford that >> Ford.
I've had fiberglass fenders in the past and the fitment was very crude. Perhaps the ones shown for the Bronco will be better, but I'm still holding out hope for a good looking black fender flare that are removed and reinstalled in the same elegant fashion as OE.Most fail to understand that aftermarket fenders will most likely be fiberglass or carbon fiber.

20KThe truck below belongs to a Raptor forum member. He wanted 40s BUT 40s required front and rear fenders. Want to guess how much he spent on just wheels/tires and the fenders? The fenders were installed by a body shop and painted. Please take a guess how much he spent.
Was he happy with the fitment in the end?He spent 15K. The CF panels required a lot of work to make them fit and look like OEM.
again glass and CF will have poor quality control and will require a body shop to adjust them and make them fit properly.

How much was the paint work?

Glad to hear he was happy with it.He was very happy with the end result. I don't how much was spent at the bodyshop but he just said the whole project cost him 15K and there was no suspension work.
