He spent 15K. The CF panels required a lot of work to make them fit and look like OEM.

again glass and CF will have poor quality control and will require a body shop to adjust them and make them fit properly.
Curious why? If you molded an actual fender or quarter panel, fit should be perfect if youre molding the bolt holes as well. Considering its new models and not molding off a new and installing on something 3 yrs old. Because even metal wont fit right as tooling wears. But adjustment shouldnt be too difficult.

There are tons of YouTube videos on installing Raptor fenders. See the one below and you will see that it is just not bolt on.

Not so sure about the comment of not looking like a Jeep... Broncos didn’t go to a round fender until the 4th gen... as best I can remember

No, youre right its not bolt on. Because its not a mirror image part. So it's a trial and error until you get it perfect. Once perfect? Make a mold of that? And you can literally make 100s of the same part without issue ;)

Does anyone think the after market will come out with sqaured off fender flares? It's really the only thing I dislike about the Sasquatch package, but I think with the more blunted look it will be much better. Any thoughts?
Something like this:

When I first read this I immediately thought "sema build" , then saw your responses.

Thinking you are looking more for something like this.....

Ford Bronco After Market Sqaured Off Fender Flares.... 1615514890548

Fab Fours open fender system to put 40's on your Super Duty.

You have to chop some of the fender out to install........

Top section is removed in the above pic for reference how much is removed.

Open Fender System | Fab Fours

For sure there will be something like this for the Bronc. IMO.

That doesn't look good at all.
I was hoping for something like this. Granted not much to look at, but do you think something like this is possible?

I would say yes but would more than likely be plastic, at least at first. It will take a while before you will find metal ones. Hopefully I am wrong but I do know it took awhile before these ......

I'd be cool with black plastic right off the bat...then I'd be looking for Genright to do it up proper!

I’ll be trying to get spare quarters and fenders... I’d like to make my own... or attempt it at least.

Any idea where there image came from? I seem to recognize another image of the brush guard where the slope across the headlights created too much "Angry Eyes" for my taste. NVM - I found it.

@Carolina Jim - I think we may have found the one-off "New Blue" chassis?

It really depends on who is producing the 'glass panels.

I've installed a few desert 'glass panels kits that fit beautifully and few that fit horribly and needed lots of work. It really all depends on how good the molds are and how much care they put into producing the parts.

agreed! But most peeps think it will fit like OEM and most of the time it is far from OEM fitment.
