Was doing a generic search for Bronco Parts and came across these Bartact grab handles. I ordered a set for hopefully another ingress / egress help for my special needs daughter. I’ll report back once I get them.

and that doesnt effect the air bags at all? Added to the list!
I’d be shocked if they don’t and you get a handle to the face if those airbags deploy in an accident.

There’s a reason Ford doesn’t offer handles there folks, a small explosive is sitting behind it. That’s also why Jeep can offer handles there. They don’t have side curtain airbags.

Side curtain airbags deploy downward. These handles are mounted by two bolts already in your rollbar plastic covering up on the top. The handles just hang down.

Look at the headliner in the side crash test of the F-150.
Yes the Bronco doesn’t have a soft headliner and there is a “door” per say for the airbag, but how do we know this will be totally unaffected by it? There’s no crash test footage out there yet and if there’s anything I don’t want to mess with it’s safety equipment on my DD.

These look perfect, curious how much they flap in the wind? Anyone have experience with a similar setup?
