49, married with a 13 year old at home and our older son will be giving us a grandkid soon. Ordered a 4 door because it'll be the wives daily and she's always hauling stuff and daughters friends around. Will be easier for the wife with the car seat for the grandkid, too. If it was just going to be a toy though would have gone 2 door. Plus, we already have a 77 Bronco that is the summer toy.

44 Years old, 4DR. I actually prefer the look of the 4 door, but also want the extra space and ease of entry for camping and other trips.

Also, with all the little shit breaking on these and the clearly cheaper interior fit\finish, I would rather not have to move the seat constantly for people to get into the back.

I don't know if its age thing or just the old school of thinking, In my mind a Bronco is a 2 door.
My wife wanted a 4dr but I told her she could pick the color if We got a 2Dr.

25 - 2 door.

I’m fairly tall, so I put the seat back quite a ways, and in many 4 doors, my head is behind the B pillar. Drives me nuts. With most 2 doors having longer doors, it mitigates that issue. Since I’m pretty protective of my cars, I like having something that isn’t too easily accessible, so it keeps my carpooling obligations low. Plus, like many others, I think the 2 door looks better (not that the 4 door looks bad). The added capability helps too.

I was 2 door all the way from July 2020 until about a week ago for most of the reasons you listed. But then last week I was lucky enough to take a nice buck during archers season and as a buddy of mine was helping me load it into my 98 grand cherokee he made a comment about cargo space. I'm now for the first time leaning 4 door. In my early 40's no kids.
Just get a Hitch mounted Cargo Carrier for Hunting Season…

So I’m kind of curious, I’ve been reading this forum for, I don’t know, two or three months, and I’m really surprised there isn’t more 2-Door purchasers.
so I’m just wondering what AGE is of most people buying a
2 door and a 4 -door,
because I think it’s a generational thing now.

When I was a kid you were your father or grandfather if you were driving a four-door. same with my dad! Of course I grew up in a HotRod Family (30’-50’s Cars)
So I was always told that 2 doors is what you want.

Maybe I was brainwashed, or a product of my time, but I always thought the 2 Doors look way better than 4 doors
(as far as proportions and everything)
and all those extra posts and windows!
Especially the vehicle like a Bronco because of the short wheelbase. You have to jack up a four-door way higher in order to have the same clearance.

biggest thing for me is I have the mindset of

2-door Means Freedom
4-Door means Baggage

Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad that young folks nowadays wanna include their family on a lot of stuff, but I still think Guys need to have their OWN freedom sometimes, and “Girls”Too I guess!!!

So mostly this is just out of curiosity

I’m 52 and I love2doors
What did tou order and how old are you?
Thanks Rick
Completely agree. Early 60's and 2 door manual. But if you have a lot of stuff/family to move around, no shame in a 4 door.

50 with 3 kids. 2 door. Practicality be damned! We have another car that seats five, or can take 2 cars. I can also pack stuff on the top or back for camping and other outdoor pursuits, and the cargo space isn’t too bad if you compare it to a 2door wrangler. I just love the way the two door looks because I’ve always wanted an EB.

I'm 42 with a wife and two kids ages 3 and 4, so the 4 door obviously met my needs a lot better than the two door would. But even if I had no family, I still think that I would choose a 4 door for the extra interior space, larger trunk, and extra fuel capacity.

Got a 2.5 year old and a 3 day old. The 4 door simply works better for that.

I would get a 2 door without a family, but I really like the bigger one too.

55, 2DR. Broncos were never 4DR.
Until now! 58 4 door SAS. Need the room for dogs and hunting gear. Stepping down from a crew cab PU for off road.

31, 2-door. I want an adventure rig and daily driver, and this looks like a really fun option.
