I thought this would be trivial to pull out with a multitool. I'll try some high quality needle nose pliers, but has anyone pulled one of these out? Not sure if I should be trying to rotate or bend it out...pull straight, etc. It put up a solid fight for today so I'll tackle it tomorrow.

Even if they can’t get it out, if you leave it alone they can take a picture of it and send it to Ford and get authorization to replace the glass section

I was able to get it out with minimal fuss today. I slid it around and eventually pushed it in so it went to the bottom of the glass. Then I found the area with the largest gap and pulled it out.
