AMB looks damn good here.
It does show good here. AMB is almost too dark and Velocity is too light. Hoping on something in between.

Iconic Silver is my choice. Reminds me Porsche’s GT Silver or the Cadillac’s from the mid 50’s.

Unlike others I actually like pairing Iconic Silver with the white top.

but does it bother you that the color does not look like the color in your profile picture? I really like the profile picture color with all the editing that they have done it is does it make the cactus gray the iconic color it could be.
Doesn't bother me at all. Nothing in that profile picture is natural. It's all been edited in Photoshop to enhance the impact of the promotional photo. The tires, dirt, amber marker lights, rims have all been darkened and saturated to make the colors pop. I preferred the way the CG looked in the videos and the non-professional shots (more neutral with minty hue) we've seen of the pre-production model.

I wonder if the carbonized grey is much different from the magnetic that Explorers are painted. The magnetic has a greenish tint to it and I'm hoping the carbonized grey doesn't have that greenish hint. If not I'm sticking with black.
HaHa, I'm the opposite. The colorizer makes CarbG look green and I love it, in photos it just looks gray and I don't care for it.

This made Cactus Gray and Area 51 that much harder to choose between

I agree with this point however, I have basically liked all the colors CG has showed up in other than the concrete grey Sport photos. All the blues and greens remind me of a 1st gen for some reason even though this is not a 1st gen color.

I think it would look nice. I am considering ordering VB with a Black Top and then maybe paint the top Carbonized Grey
I modified the pic so I could visualize some of my colors. I have Area 51, VB and Carbonized Grey. The modifications are rough but gives me an idea of how the colors will look with the grey roof.

I totally see where you are coming from with calling it primer. :ROFLMAO:

My biggest reason for these two colors is that they aren't metallic. I like metallic paints and they have their place, but I don't want it on a vehicle I know I will probably bang up at some point. It just costs more to repair.

My original plan was to go with white to hide scratches and its pretty easy to color match, but I thought these colors were pretty unique so I would give one of them a shot.

Wow Area 51 might not look bad with the gray top.

Those are the originally announced colors. There's other ones seen in this video including the recently announced Lightning Blue.

The silver is growing on me.

I wish the primer grays, tans, and dirt browns would go away. There's no character to the colors...just bleh.

So many years of owning white, gray/silver, black, and dark blue cars. I think for the Bronco it's got to be something flashier for me...Rapid Red or VB. Both look pretty good, even with the gray roof...it's enough of a contrast. Only other option would be white, if I did vinyl accents.
