Same. Going to set up camp Friday the 5th, Roadeo the 6th, and repeat Elephant Butte, the highpoint of Arches on the 7th. That's the plan, anyway.

Wahooo! Moab in October. So excited! Going for my first test drive with the dealer demo today. It is a bummer to keep waiting for the email… but this helps to keep me excited.

I posted this a few pages back - In relation to the $250 voucher:
If you read the last bit - It states that you pay the full amount for the 1st guest and then after verification, you'll be refunded the $250 in two-three weeks.
I'm assuming that's what everyone is questioning since it doesn't automatically deduct the $250.
Also,
I didn't realize about the booking discount with Red Cliff until after I had reserved a room. Just called them and the king suite ($350 /night) was reduced to $289 - For those wondering about the rates.

thats why I am staying on the strip. I got 2 nights for $400 total and one is a weekend vegas rate.If you use the link Ford provided the Red Rocks is sold out. If you book though the Red Rock website rooms are available. If your booking with Red Rock rooms (for my dates) were about $350/400 a night. This is on top of the 1k for my Off Rodeo tickets (Me, my wife and 13 y/o son).

We live in Vegas, and yes the luxury hotels on/around strip are WAY less. We were intrested in Red Rock because Ford said there was a shuttle to event and "extras" (anyone know what these are) for members staying at their choice hotel. Our other car (because our Bronco is not built) is a Lexus and Shelby GT350. I am not sure if they could make it to the event site (if it's off a dirt road)?

The wife and I are headed to New Hampshire the first week in

yeah I looked there first because I believe there will be a shuttle just didnt want to pay the premium, once more info comes out, I will just catch a ride over to the hotel for the shuttle or thats an option.
Right! It’s the most expensive free event I’ve ever registered for!

I get that $450 will get credited back at some point, but OUCH!!

I booked Hampton inn near the red rock casino for $120/night. Going to the roadeo on aug 28!

If I have to wait much longer for a build date though, I may start a Moab Hugging and Crying Thread to get us through the summer.
I am with you (hate to pay the premium) especially since everyone will be at the event all day (10 hours). I wonder will they allow you to use shuttle if your not a guest at their preferred hotel?
I just happened to check my in-progress off-roadeo reservation and noticed the remaining locations are open now! I'll be at the Nevada location on 9/4.
Just signed up for end of October in NH.
I just got off the phone with the Bronco Roadeo specialist from Ford. They said that they are working on refunding Bronco reservations the $250. We have to pay for it upfront, but it will eventually be refunded. She just didn’t know when.
