It looks truck-ier, but something about the headlights reminds me too much of the maverick. Looks good overall though, nice evolution from the last one.
drop a 302 in those old Rangers...that changes things a bit. LOL.They've come a LONG way since the days I owned a 1986 Ranger with a 2.0L Mitsubishi motor. #garbage
Eventually, remember when we finally got the current Ranger it had been on sale for several years everywhere else.will it come to north america though?
Funny you mention this. I thought the Frontier looked a lot like the Tacoma when they finally updated it. Even more so, this gen Ranger existed in a past life as a global Ranger, which looked very similar to the global Hilux, Chevy Colorado, and just about any other mid-size truck. Not enough creativity anymore these days.All-New Ford RANGER Revealed!

Yeah, those years were not too good for the Ranger. But Man I loved my 98 Ranger... extended cab with the 2.5 4 cyl 5 speed. When I sold it in 2010 for $2500 it had right at 200k miles on it. Only two problems I had were a power steering hose had to be replaced and it threw the timing belt at 150k miles. My teenage son had it the last 50k miles. That thing was bullet proof! They've come a LONG way since the days I owned a 1986 Ranger with a 2.0L Mitsubishi motor. #garbage

Ford gets it. If you're going to put in a big screen, make sure it's fully integrated in the dash. I hate these new car interiors where they just tack on a tablet to the top of the dash. Just lazy design. This looks good!
