Is that rye or Kentucky bluegrass? I don’t plan to park in the sun enough here in TX so I’m going to need something shade and heat-tolerant like St. Augustine. And a few more windshield washer nozzles to keep it watered. It’ll be nice to have a brown Bronco in the winter when it goes dormant.
