So we know why B&P was delayed. Sucks the modular top won’t be available, I’ll take the discount and buy it later. But wtf do I do with the ugly gray one when I replace it.

Curious if you order dual tops (soft and modular) can you take delivery early of only to soft top and take delivery of the modular later?

Seems like that would be a reasonable solution and frankly the right thing to do IMO.

I just got this email too!! So if we want the hardtop with removeable panels will we have to wait on our Bronco or just get an additional hard top late 2021?

My question is: I may have to change to Badlands from Wildtrack ..with that build you can get a dual option of soft top and modular top. If we order that ..would it be possible to get a modular top later when it they begin manufacturing them..and if this is not an option we might petition Ford to make that happen.

It's kind of silly if you can get a dual top option to have to wait with your reservation ..when you can just use your soft top until hard top comes in.

SO...I see this as an easy 3 step fix:

1. The top comes off.
2. Paint the top black
3. Put the top back on.

Am I missing something?

Yes you are... on the wildtrac Ford is going to pay for your painted top.

I couldn’t read 43 pages after work....but wildtrak is going to be a bit odd with a black grille and mirrors but a grey roof...

But the good new is with the $1900 off the price you can get the top painted. The body shop near me will sand it down smoothly and paint it for $1,200 . Win Win

I’m real confused here, does this mean that a wildtrak with a hardtop will no longer have the removable panels at all?

and all the Broncos have soft tops even if you get a hard top too right?

I think badlands looks better with the MIC top (matches grille/mirrors/fenders flares). If I go with badlands, MIC it is....If Wildtrak is still calling me, I'll just have to wait I guess
