Secondly, for these prices, can the costs/expenses be itemized? How in the heck does it cost that much?!? Why would a passenger raise it by so much??? $7600+ to sleep on the floor???

This would be a great trip. For that price, and the long trip from the East Coast, I'd need longer lead time than 2 months to plan & prepare for the 2 weeks off needed. I hope Ford does more of these.

Ohh, I’m well aware. That’s also why I said “real Ford owners”.

The wealth gap is so large now that the rich can just throw away money on all sorts of BS. As result, companies line up for the money grab.

Even so, no matter how I’m doing personally, I know that people are having a rough time; lots of people, but not many seem to notice them, nor care. Well, that can become dangerous as well. This gravy train financial cycle will end and when it does, things will get interesting.

I don’t like how that sentence in my second post alienates anyone who doesn’t feel that they are “ultra exclusive”. There should never be any shame in being normal. I love normal and love normal folk, because they’re much more authentic than the poseur crowd who sold out those events, but will almost die in the heat and complain the entire time about, well, outdoors!

It’s shameful and it’s just wrong. Trust I know that nobody cares about what I’ve typed, but it still deserves to be said.

Camping in national parks and on pubic lands should NEVER be exclusive; these places are our rights. The outdoors shouldn’t be turned into the damn Waldorf Astoria. They’re free and they’re for everyone.

No other authentic bonding experience than you experience with people out in the woods. No matter your background, race, gender, whatever, we all stand in awe at what God has done and it shouldn’t cost a small fortune or be ultra exclusive to enjoy it.

Ehh... Supposedly 3-5 rated trails but none of the mandatory equipment calls for skid plates or specific class of tires. How can you not need a skid plate on a real 5? But they suggest snatch straps? Yeah sure... This sounds like mostly forrest road stuff with an occasional bump or two for a pretty hefty price.
