So do we. Premium EB RWD Rapid Red - scheduled for 1/24 build. Badlands 4DR, 2.7, MIC, LUX, SAS remains unscheduled.I guess we will find out we have a Mach E on order too.
Here is the stickerWhat's your engine build date?! Do you know or can call the dealer to get it? It's on the front of the drivers side valve cover.
As I am fond of saying - no duh. In the 80s they said no doy for some reason. Thanks for trying to hang a number on all this. Your “back of the envelope“ significance testing is a good way to figure this out. But I think you need better data
I’m a teacher, but thanks for playing. If you are a dealer, it makes sense, you are getting paid twice for the car, for selling it and for installing a. New engine.
Not based on the number I’ve seen published.Tens of thousands?? There's not tens of thousands of 2.7 Broncos on the road let alone built..
Feel free to ignore me if my posts about p values cause you undue distress and spawn weird conspiracy theories for you. How’d you get that calculation? From Ford marketing? Or are you making up numbers- while accusing others of making up numbers?
You can spout about p values all you want. You have tried to discredit others data while providing nothing at all. I don’t feel the need to ignore you. Just call out the irony of your claims. If you have the “real data” please share!I’m a teacher, but thanks for playing.

There's not tens of thousands of 2.7 Broncos on the road. They haven't even delivered that many yet. And don't forget a chunk of the Broncos being made have a 2.3 engine.I’m a teacher, but thanks for playing.

I think you mean .001%. There’s not 250K 2.7L Broncos on the road yet. There’s probably not even 25K 2.7L Broncos yet with several thousand miles on them already. It's nowhere near 0.1%. Try under .0001%.
Agree, plus, make sure you get a comp extended warranty from Ford to cover any residual issues and regain your trust.1. Call Ford customer service, elevate with them to get engine priority and your expenses covered
2. Know your state lemon law, take notes of everything. Keep journal
3. Get engine production label pic from mechanic, update the thread with date produced (engine)
4. Be patient
They have delivered that many and produced more than that as well based on Ford numbers published somewhere on this forum. There's not tens of thousands of 2.7 Broncos on the road. They haven't even delivered that many yet. And don't forget a chunk of the Broncos being made have a 2.3 engine.
And all the 2.7s that are just getting on the road are just entering the test and time will tell what will happen. More ticking time bombs? We'll see.
My engine is the same build date…. We’ll see….. not worried. Here is the sticker
