Closest is Stephens in WV that I've heard.
Two rivers ford in Tennessee is doing invoice. That's where I am leaning towards switching to. I am in Georgia and my dealer is doing MSRP so nothing to get excited about.

It looks like Madison Ford in Madison VA is doing Invoice - 25% of dealer hold-back. With their fee it will end up being around invoice I would think.
