Replacing the stock 35s with 37s. Wheels will stay the same. Third brake light will be relocated.

Any need to replace the WHOLE rear spare mount? Will it accommodate the additional weight of the 37?

37x12.5 ko2 fits fine. Removed 2 little rubber bumpers, and for whatever reason the RC light extension bolt holes didn't match up, but was easy to re-drill.

Fitting is not the same. The factory tires are on the lighter side, most off-road tires are on heavier side, plus you went larger.

Driving around in the mall, sure you'll probably be okay. But bouncing around off road, I would consider getting a reinforcement.... But that's just me.

A 37 Nitto Rodge Grappler fit on my Sas carrier fine. Haven’t upgraded to a reinforcement yet. I’m waiting to see what other options besides the Rough Country come to market.

I’d be more concerned with the tailgate than the spare mount itself. I’ve heard from a few Bronco owners on instagram who have creased their tailgate body panel with 37’s, apparently due to added weight. One even did it with a tailgate reinforcement bracket/plate in place. IMO the robust reinforcement on the Bronco Raptor tailgate points to the need.
