Does anyone make flares slightly wider than the sasquatch flares? My state won't pass inspection if there is poke

The air designs flares are about 1.25" wider than the sasquatch flares.

I used Ford Pass points for these. Pretty pricey but the points made it not hurt too much.
With zero offset and 37's, I have side lug poke.
They are the air designs

I have Air Designs for the same reason. No poke on 35s and 0 offset wheels.

From the Ford Accessory catalog. Fit well over my 17x9 Fuel Blitz with 315/70x17 BFG KO2s.

do those attach like the stock flares?
Two different ways to attach.
Can swap the levers from the stock flares for each slot or they provide 3-4 bolts and nuts for each flare and you do a combination of bolts and levers. The bolts go in the upper slot locations for added support.

After installing these flares do you still have much water sling up on the front doors?

Still get stuff on doors.
Only way to mitigate would be to add mud flaps.
I don't care for flaps so I deal with the spray.
Have never had any problems with rocks and chips with MT AT's

Ok thanks I don't have any issues with paint yet, but have had some marking on my sasquatch flares. This is what I have now and looking for a little more coverage. It's not the greatest photo of how much poke there is. But I feel like an inch or so would get me covered.

With that much poke, you would see a benefit with the wider flares.
Before I switched, I had water and mud coming up and spraying all over.
They aren't going to stop the stuff from hitting your doors though.
Looks like you have a decent negative offset.
