F250 is quite the reach on a comparison. Apples to Oranges for sure.
F250 vs Bronco is definitely a stretch comparison, especially if that 250 is a long bed but really it's the comparison I wanted to see when I started the thread. I drive a full sized truck (Ram 2500) as I'm sure a lot of others here do and the Bronco will be my first venture into anything other than a full sized truck so I wanted to see how much of a shock it'll be.

I will say that some of the pictures make that Bronco look a little bit like a toy. In between that F250 and that side x side it looks slightly bigger than the side x side. This'll be my first new car purchase and my daily driver so I wanna make sure for all that money, I'm not just buying a toy and I don't regret selling my truck for it haha

That said, after comparing all the dimension specs for the Bronco vs Jeep vs Ram vs other trucks, the Bronco isn't (at least on paper) ridiculously smaller. You're obviously losing the bed space that a truck has but duh lol. As far as cabin space and legroom it's all about the same. The one place that worries me a little is shoulder and hip room which I think was about 10 inches less than full size trucks. I'm still fully in on getting the Bronco.

I used to drive a military 5 ton for long periods at a time....when I would get back, my full size K5 Blazer felt like a goddamn Fiat.

I have a classic Bronco, it is comfortable space-wise, bigger than the CJ's back in the day....now it's 10 inches wider??? That's a ton of space in a vehicle.

I mean, most of you wouldn't know what to do with ten inches...just sayin'.

Everytime I see a Rubicon in that green color I question whether I want to wait another 12-16 months for a bronco.

WTF is with these people???

Ummm, I'm used to driving a dump truck .... How do you think the Bronco will compare?

Yeah I dunno man. Go put a Jeep next to it, that’ll be a good eyeball test. And IMO a F150/Ram 1500 is a good size comparison, the 4 door wouldn’t be too much of a difference cab to cab visually. Interior I’m sure you’ll notice it in the backseat but 2500+..... not really the same.

Yes, “especially” then. If you were new vehicle shopping at say, a new mid-size SUV and you drove an Expedition would you expect anything
other than the mid-size SUV to be smaller? I dunno man I guess I’ve just driven so many different vehicles that’s not something I would have in my bag of expectations.

We're getting a smaller Maverick pickup to slot in where the old Ranger was.

IMHO the 2-dr Bronco dimensions are near perfect at roughly 7'x14'. It's larger than BMW X2, Jeep Renegade or Wrangler, MB GLA, Mazda CX3...I think it is spot on. Of course I drive a F350 so everything seems 'small'. Can't wait to have a vehicle that turns and fits in parking spots.

Made this if anyone is interested in seeing how the Bronco 4-door compares to other similar and a couple not so similar vehicles. I made this for myself using the trucks/SUVs I wanted to compare. All are 4 door. All the data is directly from the manufacturer's website.

Don't know about that graphic. The 1st Gen Bronco was about 151" long and the 2 dr bronco is 173" (new Bronco is literally about 1.5 feet longer), 1st Gen is 68" wide and the new Bronco is 86" wide, height of a 1st Gen is 71" and the new Bronco is the same.
