Anyone making plans for how to deal with another disappointment about seeing walk-ins and later reservations getting scheduled in front of you?

No, I am used to it by now. Maybe later I will go for a seething impotent rage vibe, but for now I just accept that Ford made a fool of me for believing in them the first 19 times they lied about this process, the last 92 lies are sorta just a reaffirmation that I finally wised up. It is more of a sad comedy at this point.

I think I might pull the engine in my 94 Bronco and finally fix my oil leak(s). The oil leak is the last thing that bugs me about my current Bronco. Perhaps I'll be happy enough with the 1994 and won't end up buying my new one, if Ford ever decides to build it that is.

No but our Corvette order also got passed up this week due to a constraint. So I may take a break from reading the car forums, get some meat to smoke, and hang out outside all week after work. Weather should be nice and the pool is getting up to temp and I'll bourbon my troubles away.
