Any Updates on "Customer Satisfaction Funds"?

Has anyone had the discussion with their dealership/sales associate? Are wheels moving forward or is this a farce?

My dealer told me they're saving the funds for dirt mountain first editions, or similar. I guess mine was never in "production hell" so I'm off the list for any satisfaction funds.

Nothing here. I need to get my current vehicle cleaned, buffed, and even have a few spots touched up. Maybe my dealer can "pay himslef" for that work and send the bill to Ford for my "customer satisfaction". I would love that because my dealer is great and they could really use a little extra right now since they can't seem to get many new cars from Ford.

Mine is giving out 200 dollar credit to something Bronco related clothing or accessory or maint credit or credit toward and extend warranty.

I‘ve applied the $750 credit sent to what seems to be only some of us to accessories, which have been ordered. I expect my Bronco to be delivered in early December and the MSRP will be reduced by $750 and the accessories added to the bill, making it a wash.

LoL. They're allocated 1k per unit. What he's really telling you is that they'll "allow" certain groups to receive a portion of the funds allocated for them, and the rest of you are ***** because the dealer is keeping it for themselves.

From what I've heard is that they're reimbursed the "satisfaction funds", and aren't being given anything until they've "spent" them. Once they're used, then they get a check to repay them.
From what other dealerships have said on here, is that they're also given a max cap, so they can spend $1k on a handful of builds, or $200 on more of them.

It's UP TO $1000 not everyone gets $1000. There's a max cap for each dealer and a hint it doesn't equal $1000 for everyone and it's reimbursed to them after.

No not according to the dealer email when I asked that question.

"Thank you for your response, I will add that to your profile. As far as the Bronco Customer Satisfaction funds, the amount of money we have received from Ford doesn't cover all the Bronco orders we have placed. With that being said, we have decided to take the fair route by splitting the money evenly with everyone who has placed an order so everybody benefits."
