HAs anyone found a way to turn off the speed limit display on the dash? I live in a pretty rural area, and it is often wrong. Really bothers me that I can't find a configurable way to turn it off :(

I tried 2 things today -

I think it was IPC config, which was the second to last of the configs in the list, I went in and found some sort of value for the speed limit display and changed it from North America to International or something. This seems to have removed the display except for when it is really sure. I went for a drive and it did not display on any of the back roads where it is usually wrong, then I popped out on a main road and it immediately displayed but was correct. Then when I turned off the main road it stopped displaying again.

The next was the last config, I think it was IPCM or something, there was an option to set the speed limit display to Unused, MPH, or KPH. Mine, of course, was set to MPH so I changed it to unused. Well, a whole host of problems showed up after where it was saying my forward camera needed service and collision assist won't work etc. Funny thing though is the speed limit display worked like before. I changed it back and everything seems fine, but I'll have to drive more to know if the first setting changed anything.

I’d rather have an analog tachometer than an analog speedometer.

I agree so much with this. Only thing I can think of is that I bet there is a federal requirement that the speedo has to be displayed at all times, and since the screen is used for many other functions thay went with analog so it is always displayed. Wish they would have given us the Braptor dash ;)

I'm glad I have a base. I don't seem to have all of the annoyances that the rich folks have.
Black Diamond owner, I also do not have this "speed limit display" thing.
